The commuter 2.0

Human powered commute.

Our upgraded Commuter 2.0 laptop bag had a record breaking month! Thanks to all of your enthusiasm and creative customizations we’ve already sold through our first batch. We’re thrilled customer response has been so positive and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed our new features.

More are already on their way and we will continue to take orders and which will ship August 20th. In the meantime we thought we would share a few of our favorite Commuter laptop bags and the customers who created them.

While you’re looking let me and highlight several of the new features present on the 2.0:

• A single size for 13-inch and 15-inch computers (the 1.0 small and medium will now be one bag).
• Built-in mesh side water bottle pockets
• Larger front pockets
• new wipe-clean gray lining material
• New Waterproof boot material
• New metal shoulder strap hardware

Each bag was made fresh in San Francisco. Enjoy!

Do you have outlets other than direct sales thru your factory in SF?
    Thanks,

laptop bags using natural leather is my choice because natural leather is much softer and looks better `::

    • While leather certain does have an iconic appeal, one of the reasons we haven’t chosen to use it just yet is our dedication to the cradle-to-cradle philosophy. By using Nylon and recycled materials every bag we make is 100% recyclable, and can be refashioned into new materials and fabrics just like our Performance tweed. Being a bike-centric company, we find that nylon is more water resistant and durable for daily abuse, but rest assured we do have our eye on some leather and maybe in the next few years we’ll find a way to use it on our products.
